Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight and packaging dimensions at the United States Postal Service current rates.

Local Pickup services are offered for customers in Jackson, TN and surrounding areas. Local pickup orders are fulfilled once a week on Fridays and are available for pickup at the counter at Salem and Sage Studios during business hours (207A Main Street, Jackson TN 38301). If you need your order sooner, visit my instagram page below to send me a message and arrange for a different pickup time, subject to availability.
Store hours are from 11am-6pm Tuesday-Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday. Hours may differ on holidays.
Local pickup orders will be held for 7 days from fulfilment date. Orders not picked up after this time will be refunded to the original payment method and returned to inventory.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery
Buyer must postmark item being returned within 14 days of delivery
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
In the case of damaged in transit or defective products, seller will issue a refund or replacement as agreed upon between buyer and seller

If your order fails to arrive within 28 days from the date of ordering, we will replace free of charge.
